This sight is still in development. I created it for my students but also for anybody who really want to be musically inclined and learn to sing. Stay tuned.
My voice teacher would say referring to singing: The art is the art within the art that conceals the art. It appears that people with talent never had to practice or learn anything but to learn something well takes time commitment and such effort that when you’ve accomplished your goal it will seem as if you were a natural and never had to develop- now that’s talent!
…Now Here’s another saying maestro Kyle use to say to me
Practice doesn’t make perfect only perfect practice makes perfect. Developing right singing habits is a matter of improvement but is a matter of understanding the conditions that lead to the wrong habits. Maestro would call these “tendencies” of going north when we’re really intending on moving south. To move in the right direction maestro would say requires first learning the right attitude.
He would continue to say that you’re attitudes are formed by what you focus on and that the things that you focus on the most are the things that you’ll tend to become, That is why, it is important from the start with the right attitude to learn the right habits.
